Problem: With more and more Microsoft software solutions migrating to the cloud, executives needed a common vision of what could be possible with sharing cloud services end to end. By enabling web apps to access native platforms, Microsoft was able to bring their
Approach: Meeting with executives to understand how their charter (whether device or service) could leverage other team’s services in turn, resulting in a shared ‘substrate’ or common database, which all services could contribute to as well as access. Several scenarios were considered, that could highlight the power of Microsoft’s hosted web app story. As one of the design leads, I supplied storyboards and iterated on high level UI screens used in the final deliverable.
Solution: We created a short vision video that would drive home the key value props and technologies used that would set a North star trajectory for the next few years.
